Julie Congress is a founding member of No. 11 Productions. With No. 11:

Claire and the Ornithological Shadow (Director),

Julie graduated from Skidmore College with a BS in Theatre. She studied at the Moscow Art Theatre School and appeared in Scout’s Honor in FringeNYC 2007. Skidmore credits include: Killer Joe (Dottie), Aloha, Say the Pretty Girls (Wendy), Blood Relative (Yael), Sun, Stand Thou Still (Director), and 18-21 (Assistant Director). At the historic Caffe Lena in Saratoga Springs, she taught theatre classes and directed local at-risk teens in Vampire Cowboy Trilogy and directed Bat Boy: The Musical. Julie interned for Saratoga Shakespeare Co., is a reviewer for nytheatre.com, works at The National Yiddish Theatre - Folksbiene, and is the director of the annual Northeastern Educational High School Theatre Showcase.
